1. Who we are
Talent Treasure LLC (“Talent Treasure,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is a U.S. recruitment and staffing company focused on IT and healthcare roles, located at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you visit talenttreasurellc.com (the “Site”), submit a form, or use our recruitment, career and staffing services. By using the Site or our services, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form, upload a resume, call or email us, we may collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your specialty, preferred roles, location and work-model preferences
- Your resume or CV and the details it contains, such as work history, education, skills, certifications and licenses
- Any message or other information you choose to send us
- For employers: company name, contact details and hiring requirements
Payment information. When you pay an enrollment or placement fee, your payment is handled by a third-party payment processor (see Section 6).
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time spent on pages and the website that referred you, using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Review your resume and match you with suitable IT and healthcare opportunities
- Contact you about roles, interviews and next steps
- Present your profile to an employer, only with your consent (see Section 4)
- Provide career services such as resume support, interview preparation and training
- Process enrollment and placement fees and keep related records
- Respond to employers’ hiring requests and present candidates
- Understand how the Site is used and improve it
- Measure and improve our advertising
- Keep the Site secure and prevent spam, fraud and misuse
- Comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations
4. How we share your information
With employers, only with your consent. We share your resume and profile with a specific employer only after you agree to be submitted for that role.
With service providers. We use trusted providers for website hosting, email, form handling, payment processing, analytics and advertising. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.
For legal reasons. We may disclose information when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of Talent Treasure, our candidates, clients or others.
Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your resume or contact details. Some advertising cookies described in Section 5 may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain U.S. state laws; see Section 9 for how to opt out.
5. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:
- Essential cookies that make the Site and its forms work and help keep them secure
- Analytics cookies, such as Google Analytics, that help us understand how visitors use the Site
- Advertising cookies and pixels, such as the Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag, that help us measure our ads and show relevant ads on other platforms
The Site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when you view the Site.
Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work properly. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Meta and LinkedIn account settings.
6. Payments
Our services are chargeable. Enrollment and placement fees are paid through a third-party online payment processor. Your card or bank details go directly to the processor and are handled under its own privacy policy and security standards. We do not store your full card number; we receive only the information needed to confirm and record your payment, such as your name, the amount, the date and the payment status.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide our services, to consider you for future opportunities (unless you ask us not to), and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 9).
8. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send highly sensitive information, such as your Social Security number or bank details, through website forms or email.
9. Your rights and choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you about new opportunities or marketing
- Withdraw your consent to being submitted to employers
Depending on the state you live in, such as California, Virginia, Colorado or Connecticut, you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and targeted advertising, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

10. Children’s privacy
Our Site and services are intended for adults seeking employment or hiring talent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Links to other websites
The Site may link to other websites, such as social media platforms or employer sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their privacy policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be highlighted on the Site.
